A unique Design and Build project on a locally sensitive site, to renovate, re model and extend a victorian gardeners cottage.

Having enlisted Andrew Davison Architects we worked closely with the local planning authority to achieve the clients requirements of providing an energy efficient family home which maximised the potential of the plot. The work was divided into 3 phases at the clients request.

Phase 1 : A glazed link was used to sympathetically link the ‘old house’ with a contemporary styled extension.

Phase 2 : Garage and rear store.

Phase 3: Total renovation, restoration and re modelling of the victorian structure.
