Little Baddow
Phase 1 - 1997 - single storey side extension to provide breakfast and utility rooms, combined with ground floor alterations and modernisation.
Phase 2 - 2007 - two storey side extension to provide new main entrance with feature staircase, additional lounge, master bedroom, attic accommodation and two en-suites.
The works also included internal ground and first floor remodelling and modernisation.
