Essex Heritage Properties were appointed to convert this family house into a home suitable for a teenage child with cerebral palsy, enabling him to live independently with his family.

Works included the creation of carer accommodation, installation of a lift, specialist bathroom equipment, specialist floors, lifting equipment and automatic door openers.
