Formerly a two bedroom bungalow, the works involved removal of the existing roof before constructing a timber frame first floor. Additional volume was created through ground floor extensions for a kitchen and double garage.
After the structural works the whole house was fitted with new electrics heating and plumbing, before plastering, decorating and installation of the kitchen and bathrooms.
The finished extensions provided a 5 bedroomed, 3 reception family home.
