Hillhouse Drive, Billericay

This project involved the construction of a 6500sq.ft, five bedroom 4 ensuite luxury home to our clients’ specification.

With generous living accommodation over the ground and first floors, the attic space was designed to provide two plant rooms, an office, library and guest accommodation.

Connected via a link to the house the garage building incorporated a home gymnasium, with vaulted ceiling and a recreation room.

The house was finished impeccably with home audio and entertainment systems, under floor heating throughout, a Mark Wilkinson kitchen, and bathrooms from various leading designers.
