Through personal recommendation by previous clients and estate agents, Essex Heritage Properties have been appointed to facilitate both the design and construction elements of this 9,000 sqft new build.

Enlisting the services of Andrew Davison Architects and working closely with our client brief, the aim is to provide a design that fulfills the clients exacting requirements in conjunction with the most effective construction methodology.

Built over 3 store’s, this large family home will be in a traditional design to match the local vernacular. Internally however, the feel will be contemporary and have design features such as a curved glass and steel staircase.

Acting as lead professional we aim to achieve maximum buildabitlity, for a faster more cost effective build process
