The Lodge, Rettendon
The contract involved removal of the existing render to expose, repair and insulate the timber frame. Prior to re-rendering and decoration we undertook minor repairs to the roof and replacement of the fascias and gutters.
Since completion we have returned to create a first floor ensuite, replace the existing kitchen and also replace rotten section of the ground floor.
All undertaken with minimum disturbance to existing features and character of the building.
