We were engaged to develop planning drawings for building regulation approval, together with structural engineering drawings and calculations for construction purposes.

The client chose to manage the installation of windows, electrics, bespoke kitchen, fireplace and all external landscaping with Essex Heritage Properties responsible for the general construction and project management.
