Watch House Road, Chelmsford

Essex Heritage Properties were employed to develop the planning drawings for Building Regulation Approval, design of the foundations and the the complex roof structure. We then undertook demolition of the existing property and construction of the new dwelling providing all other trades, Project Management and an NHBC warranty.

The client employed trades for internal plastering, woodwork, decoration, kitchen/bathroom  installation and external landscaping.
